  We stayed in apartment 5. Spacious and modern. We could certainly live there. Reasonably comfortable.
  
  Whilst a reasonably wheelchair accessible venue, the one letdown is the ensuite shower door is not wide enough for a shower chair to gain access. The main bathroom has a bath tub. The balcony is large although wheelchairs will need assistance to get over the threshold of the large sliding doors that beautifully let the view into the apartment.
  
  The unit has a tile floor throughout and I believe from the fixtures, it has just been remodelled. The week we stayed was wet, however we found it peaceful. The apartment has ducted air-conditioning in all rooms.
  
  Kings Beach is quite a hilly area, with this apartment being located across the road from the surf club. The music amphitheatre is literally behind the building. We have full ocean and beach views. There are plenty of eateries within a km.
  All in all I would recommend this apartment, we will certainly be back.

  Location is awesome and the apartments are very roomy and the complex is very clean. Only downside is the pool is very shaded and not heated so isn't very inviting and extremely cold.

  UNIT 3 - KINGS EDGE, KINGS BEACH QLD
  A BITTER EXPERIENCE!
  
  Due to flight cancellations and various lockdowns, we were compelled to extend our stay on Sunshine Coast and seek last minute accommodation. We managed to secure the above apartment via Stayz and spent a fortnight there.
  
  On our departure we tidied the apartment, cleaned all surfaces, washed and packed away all dishes, made the beds, collated all towels and disposed of all rubbish. We did not vacuum or deep clean the apartment, because for short-term stay for which we paid almost $2700, cleaning between bookings is the owner's responsibility.
  
  We are retired professionals, rather tidy people, who also own several rental properties and are aware of the need to take care of other people's property.
  
  Therefore, we were stunned when the property owner rated us 2-star for cleanliness and 3-star for general experience. This evaluation will stay there for any potential future landlords to see.
  
  Since Stayz conducts evaluation in a parallel manner, the owner did not see that we rated our stay as 5-star, despite the fact that the apartment did not have any coffee-making facilities, the Internet did not work and some of the downlights were out.
  
  We learned the hard way that some property owners, while happy to take top-dollars for their property, do not hesitate to damage their tenant's reputation.

  No physical contact with staff. None on-site! Apartment is a good size, bed was a kingsize and comfortable. Lounge not so much. View and position fantastic. Recommend Harry's pizza around the corner.
